Xtraseal SN-501 RTV Neutral Silicone Sealant – 300ml The Xtraseal SN-501 RTV Neutral Silicone Sealant is a one-part, oxime-curing silicone offering excellent adhesion, weatherability, and elasticity for general glazing and sealing applications. It’s designed for long-lasting flexibility and superior resistance to UV, moisture, and temperature changes — perfect for industrial, automotive, and DIY uses.

Uses:
- General Glazing: Masonry, concrete, ceramics, glass, stone, metals, aluminium, stainless steel, plastics, wood, brick, zirconium, galvanized iron.
- General Sealing: Containers, automobiles, roofing, rainwater goods, joints in building and civil works.
- DIY Application: Air-conditioning, gutter repair, sanitary fittings, marine use (boats, etc.).
- Electronics Sealing: Suitable for electrical and electronic components.
Due to variations in coatings and substrates, preliminary compatibility tests are recommended before application
Not Recommended:
- Traffic areas or surfaces subject to abrasion
- Painted or coated surfaces
- Polycarbonate or polyacrylate under tension
- Copper materials
Application Instructions:
- Ensure all surfaces are clean and dry.
- Mask smooth surfaces to simplify cleanup.
- Use approved back-up material in joints.
- Cut nozzle to desired size and insert into caulking gun.
- Apply sealant evenly and tool within 5 minutes.
- Clean off excess using M.E.K. or toluene.
Curing Time:
- Tack free: ~15 minutes
- Full cure (10mm depth): ~7 days
- Longer curing may occur in low humidity or dry areas
