Each customer is entitled to a Complimentary Bike Servicing, 6 months from the date of purchase at PassionGadgets.
✔️FREE 1-time Bike Servicing. (U.P. $40/time)
✔️FREE Lifetime Brakes Adjustment. (U.P. $15/time)
✔️FREE Lifetime Gear Tuning. (U.P. $15/time)
✔️FREE Lifetime Shaky Stem Tightening. (U.P $30/time)

Part(s) replacement fee is not included in our complimentary servicing. 

Our Complimentary Bike Servicing consists of: 

  • Gear Tuning
  • Brake Adjustment
  • Tire & Tube Replacement (Labour Only)
  • General Bike Adjustments (Tire Pressure Check)
  • Drivetrain Cleaning and Lubricating
  • Tightening of Nuts and Bolts

Do note that Bike accidents and unsuitable modifications are not covered under servicing. 

Depending on how long it takes to service your bike, you will be required to leave your bike at our store for 1-3 working days. Subject to availability, servicing can only be done Monday-Friday at 6 Harper Road, Leong Huat Building, #02-07 S369674.

For Complimentary Servicing, please bring along your warranty details, otherwise, normal servicing charges will be applied.

For Bike with 2/4/6 years Warranty Coverage: 
2/4/6 years on Frame Warranty and 1 year on general parts and components: 
(limited to the front fork, saddle, seat post, shift levers, F/R derailleurs, chainring set, crankset, hubs, freewheel set, handlebar set, stem, F/R brakes, brake levers, pedals, fender set, carrier set, bearings, and linkage bars) 
Doesn’t include wear & tear.

Keep your receipt and warranty card for warranty claim.   

The following situations will not be covered by the warranty:

  1. Lack of cleaning or maintenance. 
  2. Malfunctions caused by unauthorized modifications, disassembling, or repair. 
  3. Accidental damage or malfunction due to improper storage. 
  4. Wear and tear due to usage. 
  5. Exterior damages. 
  6. Water damage or malfunction caused by riding on rainy days. 
  7. Consumables (such as brake pads/ calipers, brake disc, tires, brake cable, bearings etc.)
  8. Front and rear LED Light, Cable connectors wiring.
  9. Any logistical cost of returning the product to us for servicing or cost of returning the product to the customer after servicing.
  10. Defects of malfunctions of the product not notified by the customer during the Warranty Period.

The average repair time is estimated 2 - 6 working days if repair parts are available.

Gadgets Warranty

Our warranty will cover manufacturing defects which causes the device to not work as per intended or does not correspond with its description

The following situations will not be covered by the warranty:

  • Lack of cleaning or maintenance. 
  • Malfunctions caused by unauthorized modifications, disassembling, or self repair.
  • Accidental damage or malfunction due to improper storage. 
  • Wear and tear due to usage. 
  • Exterior damages.
  • Water damage.

Other situations like: 

  • If consumer changed his/her mind and no longer wanted the item
  • Any logistical cost of returning the product to us for servicing or cost of returning the product to the customer after servicing.
  • Defects or malfunctions of the product not notified by the customer during the Warranty Period.

E-Scooter Warranty Policy

Our warranty covers manufacturing defects such as: 

  • Motor
  • Battery
  • Controller
  • Display unit
  • Charger
  • Free lifetime tuning of the brake.

  • Power Connector Replacement. Parts & Labour estimated at $30-$40.
  • Switch Replacement. Parts & Labour estimated at $50-$80.
  • Gyro Board Replacement(Single Side). Parts & Labour estimated at $75-$110.
  • Other Circuit/Logic Board Replacement. Parts & Labour estimated at $100-$150.
  • Tire/Motor Replacement. Parts & Labour estimated at $200.
  • Internal Body Replacement. Parts & Labour estimated at $140

We cannot cover all situations where injury or death may occur. OPERATORS MUST USE GOOD JUDGMENT AND AVOID HAZARDS AND DANGERS that they may encounter when riding. The user will be fully responsible for his/her own safety while riding/scooting. We suggest user ride it with helmet and guards.

 

Daily Basic Maintenance and Safety Precautions

Like any other of your devices, your electric scooters, AKA Personal Mobility Devices (PMDs) should be properly taken care of to remain in good working condition.

Here are some tips for you!~

IMPORTANT: Before performing any maintenance works on your e-scooter, make sure to POWER OFF the scooter, and DISCONNECT ANY CHARGER!

  •  Dust all exposed parts of your scooter using a soft, smooth, dry microfibre cloth.
  •  Clean with a slightly damped cloth with either a small amount of liquid detergent or glass cleaner.
  •  Wipe the scooter seats with soft disinfectant wipes.
  •  DO NOT get any of the electrical components wet. Gently dust instead.
  •  DO NOT spray water or liquid cleaners directly onto the scooter.
  •  DO NOT use wax, oil or harsh cleaners.
  •  Finish up by wiping the e-scooter gently with a dry cloth until it is completely dry.
  •  Drape a cover over your e-scooter to protect it against dust built-up.
  •  Check tire treads daily for wear and tear. Replace thinning/bald tires.
  •  Check battery voltage. Always remember to re-charge when the battery is low and replace damaged batteries to avoid further damage on the device.
  •  Adjust moveable parts such as steering bar, wheels, seat, levers, etc., to ensure consistent functioning.

PRECAUTIONS:

  •  AVOID riding your scooter on rainy days, and/or if the ground is wet because this may submerge the electric system of your e-scooter, in result may injure you or damage the device.
  •  AVOID overcharging the battery, especially leaving it to charge overnight.
  •  When charging such batteries, place them on hard, flat surfaces to allow optimal dissipation of heat.
  •  DO NOT place the charging battery near combustible materials.


Warranty Policy:

  • All Warranty claim & coverage will be invalid without warranty card. 
  • Warranty is non-transferable.
  • Customers are required to personally bring their defective items to our service center for repair.
  • Warranty will be voided for any modifications done by 3rd party.
  • The Warranty Card stated the bike serial code and date of purchase to ensure it is purchased from us.
  • Lost or damaged Warranty Cards will not be re-issued.
