We provide free diagnostic test for your Instax cameras, if you believe your camera is malfunctioning feel free to bring it to us.

We track warranty by serial numbers and Warranty seal instead of receipts or warranty cards.
Receipts and warranty cards are often misplaced by end users thus resulting in a void of warranty.
Our warranty scheme is designed to offer you genuine protection instead of exploiting your carelessness.
If you are gifting it or have received it as a gift, the warranty still remains, as long as the warranty seal remains intact.

Our warranty covers the same as what Fujifilm offers and Camera Repair Service is done by our own in-house technician. We can repair your camera in as short as 15mins!

The 14 days 1-to-1 exchange policy ensures sufficient time for customers to test and 
verify that their sets are in 100% working condition.

*We recommend customers take 2 year / 3 years Extended Warranty add on
during purchase of Camera.

It covers even expensive parts like circuit board and shutter lens.
The only thing we do not cover is user induced defects(like crack, scratch, dents and water). 
For Mini 25 and mini 50 only, broken lens cable inside the film compartment is not covered. 

 

Why is our extended warranty different from other competitors?
Many sellers only provide 1 year warranty. However, the camera is more prone to failure after a year of usage and such sellers do not offer out-of-warranty repairs.

 
We are the only store in Singapore that provide the cheapest Instax Camera repair services. Repaired Camera come with 1 year warranty. We only used Brand new and Original Parts! 

In contrast, Fujifilm service center repair fee cost you a bomb $150-$190 and take a long time to repair. 

 

Reason for 3-Years Extended Warranty

Since the introduction of our 2-years Extended Warranty Service 2 years ago,
we realize that the claims for warranty is lesser than expected.

After much consideration, we thus decided to push the limit by offering 3 years extended warranty.

What we expect during the 3rd years?

We expect that wear and tear from 2 years of usage will be taxing on your camera and it may exhibit symptoms of failure during the 3rd year. 

Very common problems would include Lens Error /Broken/Jammed/Stuck 
and Black Spots on Images, dead motherboard/ no power.

Basic Warranty Explanation:
Under this warranty, customers will not be charged should there be a need for repairs.
Every part is covered, including the most expensive parts like Shutter Lens and Flash motherboard. 
For Mini 25 and mini 50 only, broken lens cable inside the film compartment is not covered. 

Warranty Exclusions:
The warranty does not cover batteries, cosmetic, battery corrosion and water damage, unauthorised changes made to the camera by the user, or if the camera has been opened by the user. 

Instax Camera Lens stuck is not covered by warranty.
Damage caused by misuse, improper handling.
Wear and tear or caused by anything other than defects in material and workmanship.
Accidents or alterations to the product.

Testing on the spot
We now have a compulsory testing policy for all cameras. It would be better if you gave us the time to explain to you all the aspects of your cameras. 
We will undertake a thorough test and ensure that you bring home a 100% working set. 

Camera accessories & non-camera accsories e.g. iPad, iPhone, Macbook and others accessories
Come with 14 days manufacturing defects warranty (1-1 Exchange) 
to ensure sufficient time for customers to test & Verify the items are in 100% working condition

Please keep your receipt and product original packaging as Proof of purchase.

Q: Does the polariod come with warranty?

Q: Is it a must to top up for extended warranty? How often does the instax camera malfunction? 
Ans: We strongly advise our customer to purchase the extended warranty, as we are the only seller that offers genuine repair for extended warranty. It is hard to determine the probabilities of malfunctioning.

Q: What does the warranty covers?
Ans: Warranty covers everything except for physical, battery corrosion and water damage. Simply bring back your instax camera back to our retail for our in-house technician to diagnose and repair. Warranty does not apply for accessories (films, bags, covers, albums)

Q: How do I claim my warranty?
Ans: We pasted a unique PassionGadgets warranty seal in your instax camera, this is to identify the instax are from us.

Clarification / Terms & Conditions

There will be no refunds for any reason. All merchandise sold by Passion Gadgets is final. By making a purchase with Passion Gadgets you are confirming that you have read and understand our no refunds policy, LEGAL NOTICES, PRIVACY POLICY and all disclaimers and terms and conditions that appear elsewhere on our website. 

  • Returns
    – No Refunds/Exchanges:
    We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item you purchased is defective. If you receive a defective item, please contact us at [email protected] with details/images of the product and the defect.

    Upon receipt of the returned product, we will fully examine it and notify you via e-mail, within a reasonable period of time, whether you are entitled to a refund or a replacement as a result of the defect. If you are entitled to a replacement or refund, we  will replace the product or refund the purchase price, using the original method of payment.

     
  • Shipping
  • Refunds do not include any shipping and handling charges shown on the packaging slip or invoice. Shipping charges for all returns must be prepaid and insured by customer. Customer are responsible for any loss or damage to hardware during shipment. We do not guarantee that we will receive customer returned item. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Any amounts refunded will not include the cost of shipping.
    Do let us know when you you have sent out the item, we will keep a look out for the package. 

  • Order Cancellation Policy 
  • To cancel an order you have placed with Passion Gadgets you must contact customer support by email [email protected] 
  • Every effort will be made to accommodate the cancellation of your order as long as it has not yet shipped. When contacting customer support to cancel an order, please be ready to provide your name, the order number, and your contact information. Please note that if the item has shipped, the order cannot be canceled

  •  Our inventory can fluctuate throughout the day, so an item indicated as “in­stock” when you place your order may, in fact, be out­of­stock.
    In this event, we make every effort to contact you by email immediately to notify you that your order will be placed on backorder.
    The email will also provide you with informations, if you would prefer not to wait for  the item to be in stock again. Most out­of­stock items are in stock again within 1-2 weeks ( depend on the shipment) 
     
  • Delivery time 
  • Estimated delivery time will be provided to you once your order is confirmed. Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order. Delivery times are to be used as a guide only and are subject to the acceptance and approval of your order. Unless there are exceptional circumstances, Passion Gadgets will make every effort to fulfill your order asap.
  • Business day mean Monday to Friday, except public holidays. Please note we do not ship on [Sundays]. Date of delivery may vary due to carrier shipping practices, delivery location, method of delivery, and the items ordered. You can visit our courier service to track on the parcel status. 
     
  • Shipping Costs
  • Shipping costs are based on the weight of your order and the delivery method. To find out how much your order will cost,  add the items you would like to purchase to your cart, and proceed to the checkout. Once at the checkout screen, shipping charges will be reflected. Additional shipping charges may apply to remote areas or for large or heavy items. 
  • You will be advised of any charges on the checkout page or our personnel will email you immediately should there be additional charges incurred. 
  • Sales tax is charged according to the province or territory to which the item is shipped.
