Walked into the shop, and while doing some thing else, Drayson came up to me and assisted with my scooter return process. Stopped what he was doing, and chop chop help me settle. In and out of the shop in less than 10 mins. Really efficient.

Had my throttle damaged by my friend after he tested it on his scooter. Sent a WhatsApp in the morning and within a min received a reply from Drayson and when reached there he remembered what my issue was and explained what went wrong and why throttle can not swap. Got a new one and have it fixed with a Finger throttle. The workmanship was fantastic. Thank you passion Garget.

I bought a new charger. The same charger I am using was also from them that comes with the scooter i bought before also from them but unfortunately it is not anymore charging and it is out of warranty so I have to buy a new one.
Order online in the morning and collect in afternoon. The staffs are very accommodating and the female staffs are all cute, pretty and gorgeous. Hope the charger lasts. It comes with 6 months warranty.

Went to the store today to find a suitable ride but was not very sure of which model to get. One of the staff, Jonas, took the initiative to approach me to give a short explanation to each of the available models. Not only did he recommend a ride within my budget, he also included a lot of free gifts!! I was very satisfied with the service. 5 stars for excellence!!

Hi , I like to compliment QUOK HAO for going the extra mile to assist me on my scooter repair (tyres inner tube) yesterday.
I came to the shop slightly after the closing time. QUOK HAO stood up among all and regardless of the closing time , very politely and willingly assisted me in solving my problems. I am sure it's a pleasure to have such a good staff working on board for you.

#Throwback Thurs ~Thumbs up for the great professional services that PG Tech Glen has provided me when my SW3 was being serviced by him. I had approached Glen to install various escooter accessories which included fixing up an external 48V 15ah battery placed in a "Wonderful" box which was nicely attached with a bracket at the rear of my escooter & to tune my.brakes. Despite tat i was busy.with errands, on the following day, Glen had never failed to remind me abt the completion of my ride and to collect it from the service shop. A personalized service that he had shown was that he had asked me to try on the retuned hydraulic brakes of my escooter first b4 any payment was made. He was constantly beig patient and kudos for his great personality that would certainly see me going back.to PG for any problems with regards to my escooter in future!
