I would like to thank Ken, a staff from Passion Gadgets whom have gotten my bike ready in time eventhough he had some challenges with some installation. Nonetheless he found his ways to resolve.

First visit to PG repair shop. Approached a intern name Hishi. He attended to me and provide feedback on what he is capable to assist as his Techinicians are busy. While Hishi didnt help me solve any of my PMD problems, his approach to customer service is commendable. Keep up Hishi.

While, at shop, another customer complained about repeated visit on same problem. PG need to look into it.

Techinicians looks overloaded. Hence Management need to come in to give moral encouragement and support.

I was at Passion Gadgets few weeks ago and I was very impressed with their aftersales service. Their staff were all friendly and helpful. I was served by Shimei. She was very patient in assisting me to troubleshoot the product and stayed almost an hour after work to complete the troubleshoot. As there is another product to troubleshoot and it was already late, her supervisor Ryan took over the troubleshooting from her. I'm very pleased because they did not rush to get it done or ask me to come back another day. I am impressed with their professionalism in customer service.

I had problems getting overseas shipping sorted out and Frances was very helpfull in getting things on track and delivery was faster than expected.

Intially we intend to purchase just 2 escooter but after meeting the salesman named ambrose, with his friendly and willing to accommadate our needs and entertain us without reluctant.
We are happy with his service. Ended up we family bought 4 escooter.

Bought a Fiido scooter Green color with Samsung battery today 25 July 2018 and was serve by the biggest guy there.. He is strong and friendly and will do anything to assist you.. 5 Stars staff

Walked into the shop, and while doing some thing else, Drayson came up to me and assisted with my scooter return process. Stopped what he was doing, and chop chop help me settle. In and out of the shop in less than 10 mins. Really efficient.

Had my throttle damaged by my friend after he tested it on his scooter. Sent a WhatsApp in the morning and within a min received a reply from Drayson and when reached there he remembered what my issue was and explained what went wrong and why throttle can not swap. Got a new one and have it fixed with a Finger throttle. The workmanship was fantastic. Thank you passion Garget.
