Warranty Policy

Cell Cycling warrants their products to be free from defects for a period of 1 year from the date of receipt (Except Battery 1month).
In the event of a defect, We reserve the right to request the return of the defective component (at your cost) before replacement.

Warranty Limitations:

  • Use of pressure washers or caustic chemicals to clean the components.

  • USB charging cable

  • Damage to the USB charging port

  • Using the ELink without the rubber seals installed

  • Any modification or disassembly of the components.

  • Damage from a crash or mistreatment

  • Reselling of the product. The warranty only covers the original purchaser

  • Product purchased from an Ebay or Amazon seller are not warranted by Cell

  • Dissatisfaction due to buyer’s remorse

  • Normal wear and tear

Battery Warranty:

External conditions such as extreme heat, cold, abuse and defective chargers can damage batteries. We have many cases of this. Therefore, we must change the warranty on the ELink battery. All batteries are 100% tested immediately prior to shipping. We include 2 batteries in kit. Other manufacturers don’t do this.

The warranty for a battery is 30 days from when you receive it. There is no exceptions to this.

Reasons for return shall be limited to:

  • Not able to achieve a charge above 95% according to the mobile app

  • Green LED immediately turns on when charging.

  • Flashing red/green LED within first 30 days. This usually indicates the battery is not working at peak performance, and is not necessarily a defect

**Note: We ask that you try using several chargers and cables before making a warranty claim.
We find that 90% of battery problems are due to a bad cable or charger.

Reasons not acceptable for warranty:

  • Battery LED never turns green. This is usually a charger or cable problem

  • Flickering Red LED. This is usually a charger or cable problem

  • Decreased battery capacity
